From Class "A" tenant improvements in high-rises to the mid rise and garden office buildings in the suburbs, our in house crews are ready to do complete build outs or service work. This work is executed and supervised by our employees, who are skilled in every phase of tenant improvements.

General commercial office upgrades and modifications are a part of our business at Diamond One Construction, Inc. We clearly label all conduit runs, junction boxes, and devices with circuit and panel identification, making future additions and modifications fast, easy, and cost effective. We also provide engineered drawings for permitting and computer updated panel schedules through engineering services..

Process Management

DESIGN • BID • BUILD ―The traditional method by which a project owner selects a general contractor is to design the building and then invite bids from competing general contractors. While Diamond One Construction will participate in the design /bid/build method of contracting, we advise our clients when the method will not result in the best price and schedule.

DESIGN • ASSIST ―In this arrangement, Diamond One Construction offers preconstruction services wrapped into the construction contract so that the owner, design team, and Diamond One Construction share a hand-in-hand approach to both design and construction. The advantage to the owner is that this method allows for a quicker design process and fewer changes after the project has begun. When combined with a "Guaranteed Maximum Price" form of contract, this method can provide the lowest project cost for the owner with the highest level of satisfaction.

DESIGN • BUILD ―This method is very similar to design/assist except that Diamond One Construction takes on the responsibility of hiring the design team, thus removing the opportunity for finger pointing and disputes regarding design-versus-construction issues.
